Customer Service and Logistics Specialist
Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day shipping and receiving needs for the company, providing great customer service and coordinating rentals and sales for the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfill inbound/outbound sales orders and quotes.
- Understand shop and administrative needs and develop a knowledge of high pressure water blasting equipment.
- Communicate with all levels of management.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Help facilitate quoting, sales, and rental activity.
- Assist with inventory control of all assets, both parts and fleet.
- Coordinate with service department to facilitate make ready of rental, sales, and demo needs.
- Pack parts as required.
- Ship or deliver parts as required.
- Send product via UPS/FedEx.
- Pickup and organize from vendors as required.
- Accurately track paperwork of all sales orders and confirm they are billed.
- Follow up with Sales department of ordered parts and promised delivery.
- Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as required.
- Load and unload material from vendor deliveries.
Qualifications
- Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction
- Able to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to provide results oriented environment and set high standard for self and department
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from Leaders, Team Members, suppliers and customers
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact
- Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Able to use computer and software including Microsoft Office, and Rental Software required.
- Able to work flexible and additional hours as needed
- Honest with high integrity
- Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations
Education and Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma with preference given to Associates Degree or Higher.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and various CRM software.
Work Environment
- Primarily office and includes Rental Facility; plant floor characterized by temperature extremes, and loud noises.
- The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings and with employees, management, customers and suppliers.
- Flexible and additional hours as required.
