MODEL HE-30/40k-R Heat Exchanger and Pipe Rigid Rotating Lance Cleaning System

The JETECHŽ Model HE-30/40k-R Heat Exchanger and Pipe Rigid Rotating Lance Cleaning System is engineered to clean and unblock heat exchanger tubes and pipe in a semi-automated process. After the initial setup, the system requires only one operator who can control the pump pressure on/off, the rotation of the lances, and the penetration/retraction of the lances into and out of the tubes being cleaned by way of the remote operator station. The HE-30/40k-R is designed to clean heat exchangers as large as 60 inches (1.5m) in diameter and is adjustable for different heat exchanger heights. The JETECHŽ Model HE-30/40k-R offers the following features: Single operator control via a remote operator station Adjustable rotating speed for barrels and nozzles Adjustable tube or pipe penetrating speed Rigid aluminum construction 2 HP Air Motor lance drive system with reinforced cog belt Belt adjustment to slip if a blocked tube is encountered 20 ft. standard barrel length with optional 5 ft. section X - Y position frame for up to 60 inches in diamter heat exchangers X - Y movement by way of Acme screw threaded system
