CRW – 2000 RECIRCULATION SYSTEM
The Model CRW-2000 Recirculation System is designed to operate continuously without stopping for water makeup or debris removal. The system cleans and recycles the water used for water blasting. The vacuum system returns the water and the debris to the storage tanks, where it can be removed while the system is operating. A float valve in the dirty water tank, keeps the water at an operating level making up for any loses occurring in the operation.

ION EXCHANGE SYSTEM
JETECH’S OPTIONAL WATER CONDITIONING SYSTEM contains an ion exchange conditioning tank which holds a polyacrylic weak acid cation resin, for the removal of unwanted metal and chemical elements from the return water. A variety of resins are available for the removal of almost any unwanted materials. See Chart on reverse side.

HEAT EXCHANGER
The return water from the blasting tool, after passing through the basket filters and the optional cyclone separator, it flows through the heat exchanger radiator coils to reduce the water temperature to a usable level. The water then passes through the ion exchange unit and back to the cleaning tool. See Chart on reverse side.


The JETECH® Model CRW-2000 Continuous Water Collection and Recirculating System can be furnished as a skid mounted system or as a trailer mounted system. The CRW-2000 Consists of the following:
  • 500 US Gallon primary holding tank
  • Inlet tank fill connection with float control assembly
  • Low-water tank level shutdown system
  • JETECH® MILL-VAC 2000
  • JETECH® SIVV Module
  • Two centrifugal water charge pumps
  • Cyclone filter system
  • Solids collection tank
  • Filter bank consisting of twin 50 micron, 20 micron, and 5 micron stainless steel bag filters
  • Clean water 100 US Gallon storage tank
  • Secondary low-water tank level shut down switch
  • Recirculation water relief valve
